The Intake Procedures are as follows:

Phone Interview:
 

The person seeking treatment shall call the admissions office at 706-453-7929 and complete a phone interview. A family member, relative, or another person with knowledge of the person can call if the person is unable to make the call due to incarceration, hospitalization, or other reasons. (Admissions will make contact with the person seeking treatment at a later time)

Medical Clearance
 

The person seeking treatment must have the following required medical clearances completed:

A nursing assessment is required to be completed prior to admissions. 

A statement by a licensed medical provider that medically supervised detoxification is not required.

A Rapid Plasma Reagin (RPR) test. Test for syphilis.

A Mantoux tuberculin skin test (TST) or TB blood test. Test for Tuberculosis.

 

                            PAM medical staff can complete all medical requirements at an additional cost.

​Financial:
 

The person seeking treatment, a family member, or another person will make financial arrangements for the cost of the program with admissions.

Appointment:
